Answer is that the website (say rupeemail) from whom you recieved paid email they ties up with sevral product selling companies.Now this companies asked the webiste to send the mails to the subricbers( i.e. US) which contains the information of their products leading to the publicity of their product.In one word i can say it as a "Marketing" Technique.
HOW WE EARN MONEY??
As i said the website send 's us the email containg the information of any XYZ company's product.So when we open the email we get to know that company's product and its other feautures which may influential any reader to buy that product.On this belief the companies send us the emails.Now we earn the money time when we open the mail, it is not that we earn only after buying that product.
HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES.???
I think answer to that is very simple.It consumes the same time as reading an ordinary mail.
